How long will the production of my rug take?
Once the deposit fee is paid, the creation of your rug will take 2 weeks before shipment. Shipping times will vary depending on location & are handled by the shipping carrier. Remember that the full balance must be paid within 4 days of the due date on your invoice to complete and ship out your rug.
Do you ship internationally?
Duff2Tuff currently ships to Canada & the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time but look forward to updates if that changes!
What can I expect to pay for a custom rug?
It depends on what type of rug you would like us to create!
Once you fill out a Custom Rug Form & pay the deposit balance of $70, your spot will be held.
Your deposit fee will be credited towards your final balance that is due.
We will then reach out to you on the same or the next business day to give you your final price quote.This quoted price will range between the type of rug you choose!We have three options for you to choose from:
SMALL CUT-OUT RUG : For this rug, there is a set flat rate of an additional $75
STANDARD CUT-OUT RUG : The pricing to complete this rug ranges between an additional $120 - $250
STANDARD SQUARE RUG:m The pricing to complete this rug ranges between an additional $150 - $280
I received an invoice, what is this balance for?
Since you paid the $70 deposit, you secured the production of your custom rug.This fee will be credited and reflected in the final balance of your invoice.The remaining balance you are invoiced for will be due for the completion & shipment of your rug.
